How To Register

To participate in the Conference, please follow the steps below to pre-register, access your Private Area, and formalize your registration.

Step 1

Pre-registration

To access the Private Area of the Conference website, all participants must first complete a pre-registration. This requires filling in a registration form with personal details and creating a username and password.

After completing this step, participants will be able to log in to their Private Area to manage their participation in the Conference, including confirming their registration and submitting abstracts.

Please note that filling the pre-registration form does not mean your registration is official; to do so, you must fill the Registration form itself in your Private Area.

Step 2

Access to the Private Area

Once you have completed the pre-registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password.

To access the Private Area, enter these details in the login box located in the upper right-hand corner of the website and click LOGIN.

Step 3

Formalize the registration

To formalize your registration, you must first complete the pre-registration process and access your Private Area.

On the first page, you will find your personal profile, which includes your personal details. You may update this information at any time. Please remember to save any changes you make.

Click on the Registration Form button to access the registration form. From there, you will be able to select your registration fee and book the events you plan to attend.

Please note that your registration will not be considered official until payment for all booked services has been completed.
