Payment Method

You can pay either by bank transfer or online by a credit card, using the secure platform of LA CAIXA BANK.

Please send the copy of the bank transfer slip, indicating the name of the delegate, to Technical Secretariat (Lankor) info@lubmat.org.

Note: Bank charges to be made by the payer.

Invoices

Once the Secretariat receives the reservation of the services and verifies that the payment has been made correctly, it will send the corresponding registration invoice by e-mail.

Special needs

Those attendees having any disability or special dietary requirements, should state it in the 'Special needs' section in the Registration form of your Private Area.

Cancellations and Changes

Registrations and Paralells

If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the Technical Secretariat in written form, by sending an email to info@lubmat.org.

For cancellations received before 27 April 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 25 May 2026.

Social events

Free cancellation until 27 April 2026. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 18 May 2026.

Sponsorship

Paid sponsorships are not refundable, except in case of complete cancellation of the congress.

Stands

Any cancellation should be notified by email (info@lubmat.org) to the Technical Secretariat. Paid exhibition fees are not refundable, except in case of complete cancellation of the congress.

Additional Information

Substitutions

Substitutions of delegates will be permitted until 18 May 2026 and all name changes must be communicated by email to info@lubmat.org. All substitutions of delegates will have to be approved by the Committee.

Liability disclaimer

In the unlikely event that the congress was canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (natural disasters, political, social or economic events, global health issues, or other unforeseen issues beyond control), the organizers cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by the attendees.

The organizers, and any other person authorized by the organizers, will take pictures, record and broadcast the event during it. Under attendance, attendees consent to the use of the images, sound and other identifying characteristics that may be captured, for advertising purposes and marketing, both on the congress website or any other media.

Programme changes

Programme changes will be announced during the congress. The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the event programme at short notice if necessary. These changes will not incur any reimbursement to the attendees.

Registration

Registration is only possible through the online portal of the congress website.
