Deadline for abstracts submission until 29th February 2024
Submissions will only be accepted if authors acknowledge and sign the copyright agreement,
The agreement rules that the author will retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Paper. The Author will grant to Fundación Tekniker a non-transferable publishing license for LUBMAT- IBERTRIB 2024 Proceedings for the duration of the Author's copyright period including extensions and renewals.
At least one of the authors of each abstract must attend the meeting (make the registration) and will be asked to be present at the time of presentation.
You will be asked for the following information in the Abstract Submission form:
If you are the First Author for the abstract, then your contact details will be used.
If you are not the First Author and you are going to manage the abstract (i.e., making changes yourself until the deadline of submission of abstracts), you will be asked to enter the First Author's details and you will be treated as a Manager.
If there are any contributing author/s for the abstract, they should be entered in the order in which you wish them to appear in the Book of Abstracts. You will be asked to enter the author´s title, initials, surname and affiliation. There is no limit regarding the number of co-authors.
Please ensure that you have the official name and country for each institution.
Abstracts may be submitted in both oral and poster formats.
In the Private Area you can save your information and abstracts and you will be able to return to edit them at a later point. You will find updated information about your abstracts once they are evaluated by the Committee.
If you want to include any image to your abstract, please indicate in the text where it must be placed and then upload the file/s (a maximum of two) by clicking the "Upload image" button at the submission form.
