G20545729 and place of business at C/ Iñaki Goenaga Nº 5, 20600 Eibar (Gipuzkoa), and to the processing system of Azafatan Alkartea Lankor, S.L., with tax no. B-20309845 and place of business at Zuatzu, edificio Zurriola, Planta Baja, Local 5, 20018 Donostia-San Sebastian, Gipuzkoa for the purposes of promotion, dissemination, organisation, coordination and management of the event. In accordance with current legislation, you are informed that the data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fullfill the purposes mentioned above.

You are informed that we will process your data in pursuit of a legitimate interest and with your consent. Your identifying details will be announced to the other participants in the Congress, as well as to other attendees and third parties connected with the event.

Furthermore, your data will be processed in a licit, faithful, transparent, appropriate, pertinent, limited, precise and up-to-date way. Therefore Fundación Tekniker and Azafatan Alkartea Lankor, S.L. undertake to adopt all reasonable measures to ensure that these data are deleted or corrected without delay if they are inaccurate.

All the sessions will be streamed and recorded to create a repository available for later viewing during the scheduled period.

You may approach the competent Supervisory Authority to lodge any complaint you may consider pertinent.
